- Be committed. Set the bar with your commitment. People will never give more than their leader. Go all-in, set the standard high, and watch your team rise to meet you.

- Confidence. Be the one people can lean on. Show comfort in your skills and plans. Lack of confidence kills trust—yours and theirs.
