    • Seek input from others when discussing goals. Give others a stake in the results—they’ll be more motivated to help.
  4. Be passionate and maintain a positive attitude. Most of us take cues from others, so you can teach a positive attitude by demonstrating it yourself.
    Maintaining an upbeat attitude and giving your best effort energizes your team so everyone can accomplish more, regardless of the circumstances.
